Here in the USA, there has sometimes been the perception that the Genuine ‘Stella’ (known as the LML ‘Star’ in Europe) was the poor cousin to the Vespa PX; the bike you bought if you couldn’t swing the price tag for a ‘real’ Vespa.  If that feeling still exists anywhere, it can probably be well and truly put to rest now.
