It is with great sorrow that the Westenders Scooter Club mourns the passing of one of its own. Sean 'Chano' Goff passed away on September 17th after an illness. Sean's passions were his family, cooking and scooterting. His beautifully restored Series III Lambretta was well known on the Seattle scooter scene, and his new restaurant, Cafe Revo, has definitely made it's mark on Seattle's culinary scene.
A big man with a huge heart to match, Chano was much loved in this town, and his passing leaves us all with a void in our hearts that cannot be filled. We encourage everyone to keep Sean, his wife Sofia, their children, and the rest of their family in your thoughts and prayers.
"He leaves behind his pain and care, and now rides in a land where the sun always shines, and the road is always perfect. A place where scooters never leak or break down, tires stay inflated, and the right part is always at hand. He takes a place in the finest kitchen, where he perfects exquisite dishes for the greatest banquet of all, when we shall all be together again at that great feast in Heaven."
