Italy by Vespa scooters take a break in the Chianti countryside

If God set out to create a Scooterist Heaven, it probably wouldn't look much different from the Chianti region in Tuscany.

In May, Westender SC prime minister RogerTango travelled to Italy, where, along with visits to Florence and Rome, he and Mrs. RT participated in a scootering tour of the Chianti region of Tuscany, organized by Colorado-based company Italy by Vespa. Over the summer, we will be publishing a serialized llustrated travelogue of RTs adventures in the land that gave birth to the scooter as we know it, as well as his musings on Italian art, cuisine, and culture.
